Regular Portrait Sessions

The structure and prices are in effect immediately (as of 6:05PM, March 3, 2011) for sessions not already confirmed between BellaPortraits and the client.
In your email, please cut & paste the following with your answers to make sure we have all the information to start the process!

I am aware that my photos will be used by BellaPortraits for advertising and portfolio purposes. I understand the contents of the waiver form and release form. I acknowledge that I have read both forms’ contents and will provide a signed copy at the session, or prior to the session via email in PDF.

Waiver
All clients will have to agree to the following:
Prior to participating in any photo shoot, I agree to the release in the form provided by Bella’s Portraits WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY and I agree that I reviewed such release and will provide an executed copy of the release to Bella’s Portraits at the time of the shoot or at such other time as may be designated by them.
Release Form
All clients must also sign and agree to the terms of the following PhotoReleaseForm or PhotoReleaseForm before the shoot can take place.

** Cost may vary depending on transportation costs (i.e. parking, further locations, etc.) as well as postage costs. Pricing will increase if I am not allowed to use the photos to build my portfolio.

Hi Bella, I saw your posting on SomervilleMoms. I am definitely interested in your offer and of course you could use photos of our 16 mo old daughter (who is very photogenic!) on your website.
