Hi and welcome to my site (please click here for new site). I’m a photographer based in Somerville, MA. I’ve been living here for just over a year after having moved from Toronto, Canada. I have just recently decided to take my love of photography to the next level. I have a background in Engineering and Accounting/Auditing, but I always knew it wasn’t the path I wanted to pursue. After leaving my job at a Big 4 Accounting firm, I am now putting all of my energy into developing my understanding of theory in Photography, as well as capturing precious moments in people’s lives.

I am a natural light photographer, though I do have flash equipment to deal with the more taxing lounge-style lighting for parties and special indoor occasions. My style is carefree and spontaneous! I love to capture people just being their fabulous selves. I try not to get too involved with direction, but if need be, I’d definitely step up to suggest some poses to get the creative flow going. I just cannot believe how fast things have taken off for me! I’m so happy that I can turn my hobby into something more and be able to provide photography to families for affordable prices. My packages are always all-inclusive and include a DVD of captured images, as well as links to share with family and friends of retouched images! There are no hidden fees and you’ll definitely find it a challenge to find a photographer with as great a work ethic, as high a quality standard, and as value-oriented as myself. I’m applying myself 100% to this new venture and I’m excited to see where it takes me.

My philosophy:

I don’t believe in keeping the digital photos to myself. I believe in sharing them with the ones who will give the photos love day in and day out! That’s why you’ll always receive high-resolution photos after each of your sessions/packages without any watermarks, or restrictions for printing them out for yourself! I retain the copyright to all photos though, but you will receive a print release for them.

Natural light is my friend, so I request that when we book a session that you make note of the light around your house to see if it’s even feasible to consider shooting indoors. My place is a bit small, worn and cramped, so unfortunately I cannot offer my space as a studio. I love shooting outdoors above all else.

I am a really friendly person and always open to new ideas. You can easily reach me anytime via email and as everyone knows – I’m pretty prompt about responding. Usually within 24 hours during weekdays.

If I like an idea you suggest, I’d be willing to give it a try and you’ll benefit by either having the idea implemented with you as a model with fees severely discounted – or even for free if we add it to another session that we already have planned.

All of my sessions are booked with the understanding that I can use the photos for advertisement and to put on my website. I give you the copyright for printing, and I get the right to use the photos . I think that’s fair! Everyone benefits.
